Work done as per service rendered. Other work like leak detection can be done through a trusted third party. Price may vary just dependant on travel and location. When it comes to discounts I normally discount on totally amount and not just on the quantity of work done. I do consider discount for our pensioners and at times for the less fortunate. Like to work around pricing so that both parties benefit .
